I have not been able to download the program since I bought it. You have the money, but your screen states unable to download to my computer. This is my second request to communicate with me and explain what I can do to get the program other than call American Express to stop payment on the amount. I would love to get the program and leave the payment in place but I need someone to respond. Thank you.

Key and load of software went seamless. I had an older version of MS office on my Mac. I was unsure how it would handle the new version. Everything updated was seamless. From the moment I purchased the product to finish install was about 15 - 20 min. Very pleased

MS Office 2019 Pro Plus download was fast easy and works like expected.
